Race Mission
The goal of the 'Race for Green 2011' is to help raise funds for the Green
research project while promoting collegiality among Private and Public
Universities in driving Green awareness to the future leaders of our
country – OUR STUDENTS. It is also to ensure translation of the awareness
towards the benefit of the nation and the world through future Green
Community Engagement and High Impact research at National and
International level respectively
The Event
'The Race for Green 2011' is a 3.5km 'Green Theme' walk hunt organised by Multimedia University and Yayasan Universiti Multimedia, together with its strategic partners namely, Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Melaka International College of Science and Technology (MiCOST).
Supported by the Melaka State Government and the Ministry of Higher Education,the race will be flagged off at the President’s Square, MMU Melaka and toend at MITC, Melaka. We are targeting the participation of more than 1000 participants and spectators from both universities and companies across the nation.

Venue: From President Square MMU Melaka to MITC Melaka
Team Requirement
A team of 4, with a minimum registration fee of RM500/team (student rate)
and RM800/team (non-student rate)

At the end of the Event your points will be collated from the various
Challenges and we’ll see WHO the MASTER OF GREEN is!
